What is the difference between Productive Time and Non-Productive Time and how does Apploye measure it?
Productive time and Non-productive time measure based on activity. On the other hand, activity measures are based on keyboard clicking and mouse clicking. Suppose your employee is working with 90% activity for 10 hours. In that case, 9 hours will count as a productive time, and 1 hour will count as a non-productive time cause the activity is 10% less. If your employee's activity 100% for 10 hours. In that case, 10 hours counts as a productive time.

Yes, Apploye takes multiple screenshots if any user has multiple monitors. Apploye also takes multiple screenshots in the 10 minute time period, If the owner/admin has changed the screenshot frequency from activity settings. Yes. You can revoke permission for employees to add manual timesheets. To do that, go to **Settings>Timesheet Settings ** Now click on the Toggle switch button to turn off this settings. Now, your employees can't add manual time by themselves.

Can members create projects?
No, Only the owner/admins can create a project. However, after projects are created, you can turn users into Project managers let them change/edit project details, you need to give them permission to Manage Project first, then they’ll gain access to edit that project as Project Managers. Can I work on projects without assigning tasks?
Yes, you can work on projects without creating tasks. However, ensure that you have assigned yourself/employees to a project. Otherwise, that project won’t be available to work on, from the app.

To remove members, go to Members page. Now, Click on Remove Member from the Actions drop-down menu.
Is there a free version of the Apploye?

Does Apploye charge for the organization owner?
The owner is completely free from the charge if the owner adds members to the organization. When you add one member to your Organization you will be charged for only 1 user.

No, you don’t have to click on the sync button. Apploye app automatically syncs up the time and data to web app.
Do we still have access to the data of our past employees?
No, you won't have access to the data of your past employees. After you have removed the members from your organization, their timesheets, past screenshots, apps, URLs, activity tracking and other data will be deleted.
Does the standard plan offer screenshots?
