How does timezone works ?
The timezone of apploye user is an important thing to think about. As this software is mostly used for remote jobs and to track these employees from different corners of the world. So let's see what’s on it,
An owner/admin can set his/her personal timezone based on his area.
User should set his/her timezone based on his/her locality.
If the user’s timezone and owner’s timezone doesn’t match then an employee may see some variation between the time at his end and at the owner’s end, due to the difference in timezone, but the owner will see this properly as the organization timezone at his/ her end.
Notes & Updates
We are working on this to set the timezone proper for all parallelly, after this update employee and owner will see timezone based on their locality no matter what timezone it is.
